InMobi is seeking a Manager of Account Management to lead client relationships and drive business outcomes through innovative advertising solutions. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology or advertising environment. You excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met while driving business growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, and you are comfortable working with data to inform your decisions. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both clients and internal teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.
Experience in the advertising technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored advertising solutions that meet their needs. You will analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization, helping clients achieve their marketing goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and enhancements.
You will also play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients. You will prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of InMobi's advertising solutions and demonstrating how they can drive measurable business outcomes. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be critical to your success in this role.
