What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the site’s safety facilitator, orchestrating Amazon’s Global WHS Program with precision and passion. You will partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into the fabric of daily operations, ensuring that safety protocols are not only established but also adhered to by all team members. Your responsibilities will include leading comprehensive risk assessments, analyzing safety data, and transforming insights into actionable strategies that reduce risk and enhance workplace safety. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives that set new benchmarks in workplace safety, leveraging technology and data analytics to inform your approach. As a leader, you will build and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. You will also be responsible for communicating safety goals and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and commitment to safety excellence across the organization.
