EverQuote is seeking an Email & SMS Marketing Analyst to build their upper-funnel lifecycle program. You'll collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering while utilizing A/B testing and data insights. This entry-level role is based in Cambridge with hybrid work options.
You are an early-career marketer with a strong interest in email and SMS marketing — you are eager to move beyond simply operating campaigns to designing impactful marketing strategies. Your analytical skills are developing, and you are technically curious about how to leverage data to enhance consumer engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. You have a foundational understanding of A/B testing and are excited to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios. Experience with marketing automation tools or platforms would be a plus, as would familiarity with audience segmentation strategies. In this role, you will own the planning and execution of email and SMS campaigns targeting Upper Funnel and Marketing Services audiences. You will build, schedule, and QA campaigns end-to-end in the email/SMS platform, ensuring they meet brand standards and compliance requirements. You will drive the definition and maintenance of audience segments, tailoring your campaigns to maximize engagement and effectiveness. Collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, you will translate high-level strategies into actionable marketing initiatives. Your work will involve analyzing campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve future campaigns. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for engaging consumers at the start of their insurance journey. As you grow in this role, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and lead projects that contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
