Coupang is hiring for a special recruitment program for individuals with disabilities in sports roles. The positions involve training and competition preparation, with specific requirements for disability registration and sports team affiliation.
You are an individual registered as disabled under the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act and have a background in sports, specifically registered with a sports organization as an athlete. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable using various communication tools such as phone, messenger, and video conferencing. You are committed to participating in competitions organized by significant institutions and have a history of competitive achievements.
In the sports role, you will be responsible for training in your specific sport and preparing for competitions. This includes attending training sessions and participating in events to enhance your skills and performance. You will work closely with your team and coaches to ensure you are ready for upcoming competitions. In the sports management role, you will manage the attendance and performance of athletes, conduct interviews, and handle administrative tasks related to athlete management. You will also be involved in ensuring that athletes are supported in their training and competition preparations.
Coupang offers a monthly salary of 1,000,000 KRW for the sports role and 1,220,000 KRW for the sports management role, both before tax. The positions are contract-based for three months, with the possibility of extension based on performance evaluations. You will work four days a week for the sports role and five days a week for the sports management role, with each workday consisting of 4.5 hours, including a 30-minute break. Additionally, you will receive support for travel expenses related to your duties in the sports management role, including fuel costs for travel.
