You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development. Your background includes 7 years of building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, and you possess experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture. With 5 years of experience in design and architecture, you have a strong foundation in testing and launching software products. You may also hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, and you have 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. Your technical leadership experience spans at least 5 years, where you've led project teams and set technical direction, and you have 3 years of experience working in complex, matrixed organizations involving cross-functional projects.

You are versatile and bring fresh ideas from various areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design, and mobile technologies. You thrive in environments where you can influence and coach a distributed team of engineers, facilitating alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
