Job Description
The ARCADE (Amazon Retail Customer Data Engineering) Science and Analytics team needs a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to drive our analytical solutions. This team supports Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), Amazon Supply Chain Solutions (ASCS), and Buy with Prime (BwP) businesses. We seek a BIE who will identify business opportunities through data-driven insights, create predictive models for supply chain optimization, and analyze customer behavior patterns.
The ideal candidate will build and deploy analytical solutions at scale while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You should have statistical analysis expertise, proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with data visualization. Your technical skills should be complemented by a good understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
Industry experience in eCommerce, transportation, finance, retail technology, or logistics is preferred. Join our team of engineers and data scientists to transform how Amazon serves its customers through data-driven decisions.

Buy with Prime extends Prime benefits beyond Amazon.com, offering fast, free shipping, seamless checkout, and free returns on merchants' own online stores. This innovation increases product selection for Prime members while helping merchants boost their sales.
For over two decades, Amazon has empowered small and medium-sized businesses to grow. MCCF represents our next evolution in supporting merchants of all sizes—both on and off Amazon's platform.- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management/Systems, Business Analytics or other related discipline- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
