### The Role
- **Win Enterprise Partnerships** Identify, prioritize, and close new Enterprise Grocery and Retail partners aligned with Uber’s regional growth strategy.
- **Lead Complex Sales Cycles** Own the end to end sales process from market mapping and outreach through, building business cases, negotiation, contract execution, and launch readiness.
- **Engage Senior Stakeholders** Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision makers, positioning Uber as a long term strategic partner.
- **Shape Commercial Strategy** Translate market insights and competitive dynamics into scalable commercial approaches.
- **Drive Real World Impact** Enable retailers to unlock incremental demand and strengthen their omnichannel presence through Uber’s platform.
- **Work Cross Functionally** Partner closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to help solve merchant pain points through our products and deliver commercially sound deal P&Ls.
### Your Qualifications
- **Commercial Expertise:** 5+ years' proven experience in a consulting, sales, commercial, or business development role, preferably with experience in the consumer retail sector.
- **Proven Track Record:** A history of consistently generating impact for clients / exceeding sales targets within a matrix organization.
- **Analytical & Commercial Acumen:** Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of commercial strategies and market dynamics.
- **Project Management Skills:** Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, from planning to execution.
- **Language Proficiency:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both **German and English**. Additional European languages are a plus.
- **CRM Proficiency:** Experience utilizing CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline management and reporting are a plus.
