Desirable

Experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential. Familiarity with digital marketing solutions will help you succeed in this role, as you will be selling services such as websites, search ads, and SEO. A background in account management or customer service can also be beneficial as you will be responsible for retaining clients and managing relationships.

What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through effective account management.

You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's digital marketing solutions. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a wide variety of industries, making each day different and exciting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000, along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year between $105,000 and $115,000, and between $115,000 and $135,000 in your second year. We provide a hybrid sales environment that allows you to work from home while also engaging with clients in the field.
