You possess a strong product sense and understand how to balance technical and business needs to drive product success. Your background includes hands-on experience with full-stack development, allowing you to guide teams effectively in both backend and frontend technologies. You are skilled in fostering a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to innovate and excel in their roles. You have a proven track record of improving system reliability and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making. You are passionate about mentoring engineers and helping them grow in their careers, ensuring that your teams are not only productive but also engaged and motivated.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a strong understanding of delivery logistics will help you excel in this role.
