Carvana is seeking a Brake and Tire Auto Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles. This role requires at least 1 year of automotive repair experience and offers competitive pay and benefits.
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. As a Brake & Tire Technician, you are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You possess basic mechanical repair skills for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the needs of the business, including working mandatory overtime when necessary.
Experience with state-of-the-art tools and technology in automotive repair is a plus. You are open to learning and growing within the company, especially if you are joining in an entry-level position where training programs are available to enhance your skills and pay.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that all brake and tire systems are functioning properly. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to deliver high-quality service to customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include changing brake pads, calipers, and rotors, as well as installing tires and performing wheel alignments. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
You will have the opportunity to utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the service department.
