Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant Post Production - Entry Level

Who you are

You are looking for an entry-level position in the automotive industry and are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You possess a valid driver's license and are capable of physically operating vehicle equipment and tools. You are able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and are comfortable working in various weather conditions. You understand the importance of safety equipment and are willing to use it as required. You are at least 18 years of age and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

Desirable

While not required, any previous experience in automotive roles or familiarity with vehicle detailing processes would be beneficial. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn will help you thrive in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to choose from several positions, including Detailer, where you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, and buffing vehicles to ensure they meet Carvana's high standards. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles from one department to another within our Inspection Centers, ensuring smooth operations. If you take on the role of Photobooth Associate, you will capture high-quality images of our vehicles for customer viewing. As an Inspection Associate, you will inspect vehicles for any imperfections or defects, playing a crucial role in maintaining quality control. You will receive training to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities and can contribute effectively to the team.
