Oscar is hiring an Associate, Risk/Compliance to join their Corporate Compliance team. You'll ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while providing training to team members. This role is based in New York with a hybrid work schedule.

As an Associate in the Risk/Compliance team at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant regulations and standards. You will review operational practices and assist in creating and enforcing policies and procedures that promote compliance across the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting regulatory reviews and communicating with various departments to maintain current compliance levels. You will also provide training to team members, ensuring they are aware of the necessary procedures to follow for compliance. This role requires you to be proactive in identifying compliance risks and recommending solutions to mitigate them. You will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate Compliance and collaborate closely with other team members to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $98,400 - $129,150 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in an unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
