You possess a keen understanding of regulatory frameworks and are committed to ensuring that organizations adhere to industry standards. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey compliance procedures to team members and stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and capable of reviewing operational practices to identify areas for improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited to work alongside experienced professionals in the field. You are adaptable and willing to learn, understanding that compliance is a dynamic area that requires ongoing education and awareness of changing regulations.

What you'll do

As an Associate in the Risk/Compliance team at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant regulations and standards. You will review operational practices and assist in creating and enforcing policies and procedures that promote compliance across the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting regulatory reviews and communicating with various departments to maintain current compliance levels. You will also provide training to team members, ensuring they are aware of the necessary procedures to follow for compliance. This role requires you to be proactive in identifying compliance risks and recommending solutions to mitigate them. You will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate Compliance and collaborate closely with other team members to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

What we offer

Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $98,400 - $129,150 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in an unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the office each week, including a mandatory in-office day for team meetings.
