TaxBit is seeking a Head of Customer Success to manage and grow teams serving enterprise customers in the Regulation Technology industry. You'll focus on customer retention, satisfaction, and overall relationship health. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.
You have extensive experience in customer success leadership, ideally within the SaaS or Regulation Technology sectors. You understand the importance of customer retention and satisfaction, and you have a proven track record of driving key customer outcomes. You are skilled at managing teams and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and subject matter experts, is essential for ensuring a seamless customer experience. You are passionate about educating customers on best practices and identifying new use cases for expansion. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex customer relationships.
Experience in the digital assets or compliance space is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory challenges and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will set you apart. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive customer success initiatives.
