With 2+ years of experience in QA automation, you bring a solid understanding of automation testing frameworks, tools, and release processes. Your programming experience in Python and JavaScript or similar languages allows you to navigate complex technical challenges effectively. You possess thorough knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL, which is preferred for this role. You are self-motivated and eager to learn new software tools and best practices in software quality assurance. With a startup mentality, you are a self-starter, multi-tasker, proactive, and flexible, thriving in a collaborative environment. Your good communication and interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively across teams, straddling the fine line between QA, software, and DevOps engineering.

What you'll do

As an AI-First Automation Engineer at Instawork, you will join a dynamic and growing QA team focused on creating economic opportunities for businesses and local professionals globally. Your role will require you to actively participate in the product development lifecycle, contributing to the acceleration of product releases. You will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends in AI and automation testing, applying best practices to improve the overall quality assurance process. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise in automation and AI model evaluation to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
