AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead complex projects and design scalable solutions. You'll work with technologies like Java, JavaScript, and React. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full stack development. You are adept at leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers, guiding them through the design and architecture of scalable solutions. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, while your independent work ethic enables you to take ideas from concept to implementation. You thrive on challenges and are passionate about creating impactful software that meets customer needs.

Your technical expertise includes proficiency in Java and JavaScript, as well as experience with modern frameworks like React. You understand the intricacies of building scalable systems and are familiar with best practices in software development, including code reviews and testing strategies. You are comfortable navigating both frontend and backend technologies, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

You possess strong problem-solving skills and can think critically about system architecture and design. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset to any team. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking new ways to enhance your skills and contribute to your team's success.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with Agile methodologies. You may also have exposure to DevOps practices, which can further enhance your contributions to the team.
