NICE is seeking a Client Services Project Manager to oversee the implementation of their products post-sale. This role involves significant customer interaction and requires strong project management skills. Experience in managing project development and delivery is essential.
You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in client services or customer-facing roles. You excel in communication and professionalism, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables is key to supporting business objectives. You are adept at managing project expectations and can negotiate effectively with various departments to allocate necessary resources. You thrive in environments where you can track deliverables and proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential crises before they escalate.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with NICE products or similar technologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
As a Client Services Project Manager at NICE, you will direct and manage project development and delivery from beginning to end. You will set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on objectives and timelines. Your role will involve defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as customers and partners. You will develop project plans, diagrams, and communications documents to facilitate clear understanding among all parties involved. Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals will be part of your responsibilities, as will negotiating with other department managers for the allocation of required staff.
You will identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Tracking deliverables and developing progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations will be essential to keep stakeholders informed. You will proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential crises and devising contingency plans to ensure project success.
