Airbnb is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to manage partner relationships with strategic API Connectivity & Enterprises partners. You'll be responsible for recruitment, enablement, and optimization of partnerships. This role requires strong relationship management skills and is based in Barcelona.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in managing key partnerships and driving growth. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the nuances of strategic partnerships and how to foster strong relationships that benefit both parties. You are adept at recruitment and enablement, ensuring that partners are well-equipped to succeed. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies will be crucial in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You are a trusted advisor to your partners, always looking for ways to enhance their experience and drive mutual success.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, as is familiarity with API connectivity. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and can navigate complex partner ecosystems with ease. A background in sales or business development will also be beneficial, as you will need to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your portfolio.
In this role, you will own a portfolio of Airbnb’s key partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance partner performance and satisfaction. This includes regular check-ins, performance reviews, and identifying areas for improvement. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide partners with the resources they need to succeed, including training and support. Your role will involve analyzing data to track partner performance and making recommendations for optimization. You will also be tasked with recruiting new partners and onboarding them effectively to ensure a smooth transition into the Airbnb ecosystem. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will report to the Key Accounts Team Lead for South Europe, contributing to the overall strategy and success of the team.
