What you'll do

In this role, you will support the ongoing administration of global equity programs, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. You will take the lead on various equity award-related projects, including new plan design and award administration. Your role will involve significant collaboration with multiple departments, allowing you to provide input and support for strategic initiatives that are critical to the infrastructure of the equity program. You will also be responsible for educating employees about equity awards and ensuring that all processes are transparent and user-friendly.
