Nursa is seeking an Account Executive to expand their presence in healthcare markets. You'll engage with healthcare facilities and develop a sales pipeline. This role requires strong sales experience and adaptability.

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies. You understand the healthcare landscape and are passionate about connecting qualified nursing professionals with facilities in need.

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, as is familiarity with staffing solutions. You have a knack for building relationships and can engage effectively with various stakeholders. Your ability to prioritize outreach efforts based on impact versus effort sets you apart from your peers. You are comfortable with travel and can manage your time effectively to maximize your outreach efforts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will independently develop and execute against a sales pipeline of interested healthcare facilities across your territory. You will prioritize your outreach efforts based on impact versus effort, ensuring that you engage with the most promising leads. Your responsibilities will include in-person visits, phone calls, demos, networking events, and leveraging existing relationships to drive sales. You will consistently hit or exceed monthly quota targets, contributing to the overall growth of Nursa.

You will be an early member of the Nursa Operations Team, playing a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in new and existing markets. Your efforts will directly impact the lives of nurses and the quality of patient care in the healthcare system. You will work closely with other team members to share insights and strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the sales process.
