We are seeking a skilled Senior Application Developer to design, develop, and implement automated solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will create efficient RPA bots, optimize workflows, and lead automation initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
• Design and develop RPA solutions using platforms such as Taskless Automation and UiPath.
• Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities and create optimal RPA solutions
• Build, test, and deploy automated workflows that integrate with existing systems and applications
• Create reusable components and frameworks to accelerate bot development
• Debug and troubleshoot RPA processes to ensure optimal performance
• Document technical specifications, process flows, and standard operating procedures
• Mentor junior RPA developers and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Monitor bot performance and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices- Experience scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby)
- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages
