What you'll do

In this role, you will be a frontline leader, making an immediate impact on the support and operations teams. You will be responsible for deploying support best practices and establishing escalation paths to enhance the team's capabilities. Your day-to-day activities will involve coordinating work with partners in Infrastructure and Systems, Security, and People Ops to ensure seamless operations. You will oversee the onboarding of new employees and the provisioning of new hardware, ensuring that all Reddit employees receive the support they need to thrive in their roles. You will also play a key role in developing training programs that empower your team to excel in their responsibilities and deliver exceptional service.
