In this role, you will directly manage and develop a global team of over 10 recruiters, setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing feedback to support their professional development. You will forecast hiring needs and dynamically allocate team resources across the U.S. and international hubs to align with ambitious engineering roadmaps. Your responsibilities will include standardizing recruitment workflows globally while allowing for necessary regional adaptations. You will act as a subject matter expert on technical talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis, ensuring that Waymo remains competitive in attracting top talent. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Software Engineering Recruiting to align recruitment strategies with the company's goals. Additionally, you will participate in the development of recruitment marketing strategies to enhance Waymo's employer brand and attract diverse candidates. Your role will also involve analyzing recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and ensure that the team meets its objectives.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $196,000 to $248,000 USD, along with participation in a discretionary annual bonus program and an equity incentive plan. You will also benefit from a generous company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
