Hudl is seeking an Account Executive (Japanese speaking) to work with sports organizations in Tokyo. You'll focus on growing existing customers and signing new ones, helping teams unlock technology solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for sports.
You are an ambitious professional with a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the sports industry. You possess excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn from your peers while contributing to the team's success. You have a passion for sports and technology, which drives your desire to help teams improve their performance through innovative solutions.
Experience working with sports organizations or a deep understanding of the sports industry would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with technology solutions that enhance team performance is also a plus. You are comfortable navigating complex client relationships and can adapt your approach based on the unique needs of each organization.
In this role, you will work directly with sports organizations across basketball, volleyball, and baseball, focusing primarily on professional teams. Your main responsibility will be to understand your clients' pain points and needs, helping them make the most of Hudl's technology solutions. You will engage with existing customers to ensure they are satisfied and see the value in our products, while also identifying opportunities to sign new clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to maintain a strong presence in the Tokyo office, working a minimum of three days a week. This will allow you to build relationships with your colleagues and clients, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing insights and best practices.
