Overview

Unity is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive user acquisition and maximize advertising monetization through Unity's ad solutions. You'll leverage your background in AdTech and mobile marketing to build strong client relationships and contribute to local go-to-market strategies.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in AdTech or mobile marketing, ideally with experience in user acquisition, monetization, DSPs, and MMPs. Your proven sales ability allows you to manage pipelines effectively, identify growth opportunities, and close deals successfully. You possess business-level English proficiency, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for Unity's advertising solutions. Your responsibilities include building, maintaining, and growing client relationships while providing strategic guidance on user acquisition and monetization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and operations teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs. Analyzing campaign data and key performance indicators will be essential for identifying optimization opportunities and enhancing campaign performance. Additionally, you will contribute to the local go-to-market strategy as the dedicated sales representative in Korea, playing a key role in expanding Unity's footprint in the mobile adtech space.
