You have a strong background in total rewards management, with experience in developing compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. You understand the intricacies of benefits programs and are skilled at market benchmarking for compensation. Your analytical mindset allows you to provide strategic insights to leadership, ensuring that the total rewards strategy aligns with the company's growth objectives. You are adept at building scalable job architectures and leveling frameworks that support a diverse workforce across multiple locations. You thrive in a high-growth environment and are passionate about making retirement benefits accessible to all employees.
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance regulations related to compensation and benefits. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to implement effective total rewards programs. Your communication skills enable you to articulate complex compensation concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of Human Interest's total rewards strategy, ensuring it is competitive and aligned with the company's mission. You will manage the compensation framework, conducting regular market analyses to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards. You will collaborate with the Head of People to design and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through effective compensation and benefits offerings. You will also provide insights and recommendations to leadership on total rewards matters, helping to shape the company's approach to talent management as it scales. Your role will involve continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of compensation programs and making adjustments as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
