Sr. Data Scientist (Hybrid in Bangalore)

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong foundation in machine learning and advanced analytics. Your curiosity drives you to uncover insights that can significantly impact business outcomes, and you possess the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to various stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and customer success teams to understand their goals and translate them into actionable data strategies.

Your expertise includes developing and implementing machine learning models, particularly in areas such as cross-sell/upsell strategies and customer churn prediction. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data analysis tools that enable you to drive insights from large datasets. You are comfortable navigating the full analytics lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to model deployment and performance monitoring.

What you'll do

You will also be responsible for communicating your findings to stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven insights are understood and utilized effectively.
