You are an enthusiastic and energetic individual who thrives in a team environment. As a Lot Attendant, you are self-motivated and take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to contribute to a positive experience for customers visiting Carvana. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

In your role as a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that each vehicle is inspected for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Additionally, you will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, which includes checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests.
