Givebutter is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support nonprofit and enterprise customers in optimizing their fundraising efforts. You'll drive adoption and value realization while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of post-sales and fundraising expertise.
You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in nonprofit fundraising or CRM platforms. Your ability to build relationships and drive customer engagement is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of customer feedback and are skilled at leveraging resources to ensure clients achieve their fundraising goals. You are passionate about empowering organizations to maximize their impact and are committed to providing exceptional service. Experience with CRM tools and fundraising platforms is a plus. Familiarity with nonprofit operations and fundraising strategies will help you connect with customers more effectively. A background in sales or account management can also be beneficial, as it provides insight into customer needs and expectations.
As a Customer Success Manager at Givebutter, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of our platform and ensuring that clients realize the full value of our services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, will be essential to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our offerings. You will also play a key role in developing resources and training materials to empower customers to use our platform effectively.
