What you'll do

In this role, you will design and manage Samsara's university recruiting strategy, focusing on entry-level sales talent acquisition. You will collaborate closely with the sales organization to ensure that the talent strategy aligns with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing campus engagement initiatives, managing relationships with universities, and creating a compelling employer brand to attract top talent. You will analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruiting process.
