What you'll do

As a Senior Bid Strategist at Axon, you will leverage your market knowledge to develop targeted proposals that address customer needs and win complex, high-value bids. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Proposal Managers, Sales, Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, and Competitive Intelligence, to provide strategic insight and guidance. Your role will directly influence Axon's approach to critical bids, ensuring that proposals clearly highlight the company's unique strengths and improve chances of winning.

You will take ownership of the proposal development process, from initial concept through final submission, ensuring that all elements align with Axon's mission and values. Your strategic insights will help shape the narrative of each proposal, making a compelling case for why Axon is the best choice for potential clients. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough market research to inform proposal strategies and identify key differentiators.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact major business wins and advance Axon's mission-driven growth in public safety. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person collaboration with remote flexibility, and will be expected to work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays.
