What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and release new functionalities that are core to the Asana product, impacting millions of users. You will work on both large features and smaller enhancements, contributing to a continuous deployment architecture that allows for rapid iteration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, to ensure that the software you build not only meets technical requirements but also delights users. You will tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to the overall improvement of work management tools within Asana. You will participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and help shape the technical direction of the product team.
