HelloFresh is hiring a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to drive improvements in their supply chain operations. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure timely and quality ingredient supply. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
You have at least 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field — you've developed a strong understanding of supply chain operations and are eager to drive improvements. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various teams including Supply Chain Ops, FSQA, and Production. You are proactive in identifying issues and resolving them efficiently, ensuring that operations run smoothly. You understand the importance of KPIs such as cost of goods sold and ingredient quality error rates, and you are committed to achieving these targets. You are also aware of health and safety regulations and take responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment.
As a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact between the Supply Chain Operations and other teams. You will provide physical presence in the distribution center on key receiving days to monitor supplier performance and support the Quality Check team. You will follow up on any inaccuracies with suppliers and provide feedback to buyers and category managers. Your role will involve managing the emergency and replenishment supply of ingredients to ensure high-quality products reach customers on time. You will assist buyers in investigating operational errors and be the first point of escalation for any major difficulties during product inbounding. Your contributions will be crucial in driving improvements in supply chain operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
