What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Routing team, you will be responsible for building and scaling backend systems that support the Nuro Driver™. Your work will involve designing microservices that calculate efficient routes and deliver accurate ETAs. You will optimize our routing algorithms to ensure that the Nuro Driver™ reaches its destinations safely and efficiently, adapting to evolving mapping infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap, ensuring that our technology meets the needs of our users. Your role will also include building monitoring and analytics infrastructure to track the performance of our routing services, allowing for continuous improvement.
