You'll work with distributed data technologies like Spark and Hadoop, and require strong skills in Java, Python, and SQL. This role demands 8+ years of experience in building large-scale data pipelines.
You have 8+ years of experience working with distributed data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and others, building efficient and large-scale data pipelines. Your proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, or Scala is complemented by a deep understanding of Data Principles, Data Architecture, and Data Modeling. You possess strong SQL skills and are a meticulous problem solver, capable of tackling loosely defined problems with attention to detail. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are excited about continuously improving data usage to enhance Apple's products and applications.
Experience with additional distributed data technologies like Presto, Flink, or Druid would be a plus. Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks can further enhance your candidacy.
