You are an experienced EHS Specialist with a passion for workplace safety and a commitment to creating a culture of safety excellence. You understand the importance of data-driven strategies and have a track record of implementing comprehensive safety programs that resonate with employees. Your ability to build relationships and influence positive change sets you apart as a safety champion within your organization. You are dedicated to ensuring that every employee returns home safely to their families each day.

You have experience in conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments. You are skilled at delivering engaging safety training that promotes a proactive safety culture among associates. Your approach to safety combines innovative solutions with human-centered practices, ensuring that safety and productivity thrive together. You are a strong advocate for continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety while maintaining operational efficiency.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards are highly desirable. You may have a background in health and safety management systems or certifications that demonstrate your expertise in the field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies, leading daily safety audits and incident investigations. You will implement innovative solutions to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging safety training sessions that resonate with associates and promote a proactive safety culture. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety while maintaining operational efficiency.

As the designated safety champion for your building, you will have the unique opportunity to build relationships with associates and influence positive change. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify safety risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your role will involve analyzing safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that safety remains a top priority across all operations.
