What you'll do

You will implement innovative solutions to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging safety training sessions that resonate with associates and promote a proactive safety culture. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety while maintaining operational efficiency.

As the designated safety champion for your building, you will have the unique opportunity to build relationships with associates and influence positive change. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify safety risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your role will involve analyzing safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that safety remains a top priority across all operations.
