CharterUP is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Account Operations to lead and optimize account operations for their innovative SaaS platform. You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments. You understand the intricacies of account operations and are skilled at optimizing processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
