As an Operations Manager at Odeko, you will be responsible for directing daily activities across Picking, Packing, Routing, and Dispatching to meet fulfillment timelines. You will own the shift’s execution plan, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and reallocating resources as needed to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve supervising and coaching Ops Leads and hourly associates to drive productivity and performance. You will support daily huddles and shift meetings to foster communication and alignment among team members. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
