AMBOSS is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager for Latin America to transform medical learning for students and doctors. You'll leverage your medical expertise to build partnerships and develop growth strategies in Mexico. This role requires a licensed medical doctor.

You are a licensed medical doctor with a deep understanding of the medical landscape in Latin America, particularly in Mexico. Your experience allows you to connect with medical professionals and institutions effectively, fostering relationships that enhance educational resources for future physicians. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of innovative medical learning tools to diverse audiences. Your strategic mindset helps you design tailored outreach plans that resonate with medical students and professionals alike. You are passionate about improving healthcare education and are driven to make a meaningful impact in your community. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and open to exploring new ideas that can enhance the learning experience for medical professionals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will shape local strategies by collaborating with your team to design and implement marketing and outreach plans that cater specifically to the needs of your markets. You will develop and lead initiatives aimed at reaching new medical students, doctors, and institutions, ensuring they discover and benefit from our platform. Building partnerships will be a key focus, as you connect with medical associations, universities, and student organizations to create collaborations that expand access and awareness of our resources. You will lead key campaigns, planning and executing regional events, roadshows, and webinars that engage and inspire the medical community. Measuring impact will also be part of your responsibilities, as you track progress and share insights to refine future strategies and celebrate successes. Your role will be pivotal in growing our presence in Latin America and supporting initiatives that make a real difference for medical professionals in your region.
