Amazon is seeking a Senior Learning Manager to drive initiatives that enhance learning and training effectiveness across INFC. You'll focus on content management, coaching, and developing capabilities for manager training. This role requires 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or related fields.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of work experience in e-commerce, with a strong background in either program management or floor operations. Your expertise lies in management and leadership development, organization development, learning and development, group facilitation, and training design. You are skilled in content management and have a proven ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that drive insights and improvements.
You are passionate about enhancing manager capabilities and have demonstrated experience in coaching and feedback. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with regional managers and trainers to ensure consistent training and development across various networks. Your creative approaches to learning and development initiatives set you apart, and you are committed to fostering an inclusive culture that empowers all team members.
Experience in developing capabilities for diverse cohorts, including DEI and PWD, is a plus. You are adaptable and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays, to meet the needs of the organization.
In this role, you will ideate and drive initiatives aimed at improving learning and training effectiveness across INFC. You will ensure that updated and engaging content is available across all networks, driving programs to enhance manager capability and strengthen existing learn-by-doing practices. You will lead initiatives to improve associate coaching across the network, establishing and maintaining data pipelines for project reporting.
You will collaborate with multiple partner teams to drive programs focused on hiring, training, and development initiatives. Your ability to analyze data and create reports will be crucial in measuring the effectiveness of training programs and making informed decisions for continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in developing capabilities for DEI and PWD cohorts, ensuring that all associates have access to the resources they need to succeed.
