Job Description

Amazon is seeking a dedicated, self-driven Executive Assistant with strong communication skills to support Directors within the Tax team. The position is located in our Seattle office, and support multiple execs on a global scale. You will have experience with calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, event planning, large internal team and leadership meeting coordination. This role requires exceptional planning, time management and a passion for organization. High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams is critical.

You will be able to take action with little to do direction, the ability to think strategically, while proactively anticipating needs. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism dealing with senior executives is expected of this role.

This role requires five (5) days in office.


Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for teams in multiple locations and time zones
- Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms, AV needs
- Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries
- Manage expense report creation and submission
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items in a timely manner
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders and vendors
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all hands, off-sites, and other team events)
- Partner closely with the leadership team, key business partners, and other Executive Assistants to provide holistic support to the organization
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Bachelor's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
