You will oversee the performance of independent Driver Partners, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve setting clear goals for your team, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to help them succeed. You will be responsible for executing operational strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you work to align your team's efforts with Gopuff's overall objectives.
