Carvana is seeking an Experienced Heavy Body Technician to perform extensive bodywork and train other technicians. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your expertise in various bodywork techniques. Your background includes heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, straightening, and extensive experience with Bondo repair. You are comfortable working on multiple panels and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality repairs. You are also capable of training and mentoring other autobody technicians, sharing your knowledge and skills to help them grow in their roles. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You understand the importance of working efficiently and are willing to put in mandatory overtime when necessary to meet customer expectations.
As an Experienced Heavy Body Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive bodywork on various vehicles, ensuring that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to carry out your work. Your role will involve training other technicians, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in automotive bodywork. You will be expected to collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that vehicles are repaired and delivered on time. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest industry practices. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
