What you'll do

As the Manager of the Startups team at Anthropic, you will lead a team of 5-10 Growth Account Executives, focusing on driving expansion and retention across our fastest-growing startup customers. You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, providing regular feedback and guidance to enhance both individual and team performance. You will own team revenue targets, developing and implementing strategies to accelerate growth while ensuring that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and frameworks for success. You will build scalable processes for deal negotiations, account planning, quarterly business reviews, and customer health monitoring. Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and other go-to-market teams, you will identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities across the startup portfolio. Regularly reviewing customer health metrics will be a key part of your role, allowing you to collaborate with team members to develop action plans for at-risk accounts.
