Rubrik is seeking an IT Apps Developer II specializing in Salesforce to lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations. You'll translate complex business needs into scalable solutions and ensure seamless integration with various systems. This role requires expertise in Salesforce and a strong understanding of business processes.
You have a solid background in IT applications development with a focus on Salesforce, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions. You are adept at gathering requirements and translating complex business needs into effective and scalable solutions. Your experience includes designing product catalogs, pricing strategies, and approval workflows that enhance operational efficiency. You understand the importance of collaboration and can work closely with stakeholders to optimize quote-to-cash processes. You are familiar with integrating Salesforce with other systems such as CRM and ERP, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in your work, ensuring that all implementations are executed flawlessly.
Experience with other SaaS applications like Oracle Netsuite, Workday, or Snowflake would be a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and cloud architectures will help you thrive in this role.
