Dropbox is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead engineering-wide programs and drive alignment with product priorities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize your technical expertise to ensure successful program execution. Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, demonstrating your ability to lead complex engineering initiatives and manage ambitious timelines. Your deep technical expertise allows you to drive innovative solutions across various engineering programs, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where detail orientation is crucial. You excel at cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment and driving collective success. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to effectively convey progress and updates across the organization, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged. You are familiar with the software development lifecycle and understand the nuances of managing cross-functional teams.

Desirable

Experience with building infrastructure platforms, search systems, and AI/ML products is a plus. Familiarity with program management tools and software such as Jira, Airtable, and Asana will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development, alignment, and execution of various strategic engineering initiatives, defining clear roadmaps and ensuring successful delivery across cross-functional teams. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that complex engineering programs are executed successfully. Your ability to manage ambitious timelines will be critical as you drive the execution of high-priority initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment with product and company priorities, leveraging your technical expertise to influence outcomes. Regular communication with stakeholders will be essential, as you will provide updates on progress and address any challenges that arise. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the Dash Engineering Team.
