What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the marketing team in creating and scheduling social media content that aligns with KnowBe4's brand and messaging. You will have the opportunity to learn about different social media platforms and how to effectively engage with audiences. Your responsibilities will include researching trending topics, drafting posts, and collaborating with team members to ensure content is relevant and impactful.

You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for social media campaigns and contribute to the overall strategy for increasing brand awareness. As part of your internship, you will gain hands-on experience in using social media management tools and analytics to track engagement and performance metrics.

Throughout your internship, you will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field, allowing you to develop your skills and gain valuable insights into the world of social media marketing. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your projects and share your ideas with the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
