Who you are

You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the financial services or business community sectors. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple partnerships effectively while ensuring all administrative tasks are handled with precision. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at internal coordination, making you a key player in supporting the UK Partnerships team.

You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using various tools to track partnership performance and outcomes. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance partnership operations.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the SME banking landscape. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in response to changing business needs, ensuring that partnerships remain aligned with Tide's strategic goals.

What you'll do
