As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will work both from a home office and in the field, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. Your role will involve building relationships with clients and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This training will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your sales career. You will also have ongoing support from the company to ensure your success.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year estimated between $90,000 and $110,000.
