Job Description

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's standards of excellence. Your experience in a fast-paced environment has equipped you with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You are eager to be part of a team that values innovation and utilizes state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center.

Desirable

While not required, additional certifications in automotive repair or related fields would be beneficial. A strong understanding of automotive systems and a passion for the automotive industry will set you apart as a candidate. You are open to continuous learning and development, willing to participate in training programs to enhance your skills further.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing dents on vehicles using advanced PDR techniques.
