Synack is seeking a GTM Enablement Principal to enhance the effectiveness of their Go-to-Market teams in the cybersecurity sector. This role combines commercial and technical expertise to drive the adoption of cybersecurity products. A deep understanding of the cybersecurity sales landscape is essential.
You have extensive experience in the cybersecurity field, ideally with a focus on Go-to-Market strategies. Your background includes a proven track record in developing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable performance outcomes. You possess a deep understanding of the cybersecurity sales landscape, which allows you to effectively support sales, customer success, and technical teams in their efforts to adopt cutting-edge cybersecurity products. You are comfortable with both commercial and technical aspects of the role, ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
You are adept at utilizing the latest revenue stack technologies to optimize tools and workflows. Your approach is comprehensive, encompassing everything from strategy definition to hands-on content and technical delivery. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your expertise to make a significant impact on the organization’s success.
Experience in a fast-paced cybersecurity company is a plus, as is familiarity with penetration testing and vulnerability management. You are passionate about driving performance and have a keen interest in the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams will be crucial in this role, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of Synack's Go-to-Market teams, which include Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams. You will develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs that facilitate the successful adoption of cybersecurity products by customers and internal teams. Your work will involve creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure that teams are well-equipped to meet their goals.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, and you will design targeted training initiatives to address these areas. Your role will also involve analyzing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
